Chyann oversees the firm’s administrative and operational systems, ensuring that workflows, documentation, and client information are organized, accurate, and consistently maintained. Her work spans the firm’s CRM, internal processes, and tracking systems, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Organized and detail-oriented, Chyann brings structure and reliability to the day-to-day operations of the firm. She plays a central role in maintaining consistency and follow-through, while also contributing to the tone and rhythm of the office.

Outside of work, Chyann shares her time with a household full of pets.
